Jared Fogle Sentence Affirmed

On June 9th, the Seventh Circuit Court denied former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle’s appeal for a decrease in his 15 year 8 month sentence on child pornography charges.
Fogel’s appeal was based on what he alleged were procedural and substantive errors which took place during his court proceedings.
The court affirmed his current sentence.
